I began my studies of the violin at the age of 4 and have enjoyed a professional orchestral career with many symphonies in the Western United States including the prestigious Oregon Symphony. While in Portland, I became interested in more creative outlets with music and consequently began collaborating with singer/songwriters in the "Indie" scene. Having discovered an aptitude for composition, I began work on my own projects.
Also an artist, I have created a series of abstract paintings to correlate with my music. The idea behind this concept was to create a more comprehensive artistic and emotional experience for my audience. The work has received acclaim from Fox News, C.B.S. and P.B.S.
My paintings and music are a direct reflection of a challenging personal journey. One that has led to painful life experiences contrasted with moments of satisfying achievement. I bring to you "Full Circle," a narrative of this journey and "Distant Voices," a dramatic journey of a hero's life.
